As such, Nursesbooks.org publishes books on ANA core issues and programs, as well as on cutting-edge healthcare topics, such as ethics, Standards, leadership, quality, specialty practice, advanced practice, the profession’s enduring legacy, and more.

The mission of the Institute for Credentialing Innovation is to support the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) by providing research, education, and consultation products, programs, and services.     A. Yes. Nursesbooks.org offers 20% discount off list price on orders of 20 or more copies of the same title.

    Q. How long does it take to deliver an order?

    A. Your order will be processed in 1-3 business days. Allow 7-14 business days for delivery within the United States and 7-30 business days for international delivery.

    Q. Is same-day shipping, overnight delivery, or next-day delivery available for online orders?

    A. Same-day shipping, overnight delivery, and next-day delivery are not available for online orders. For same-day shipping, overnight delivery, and next-day delivery, please call the fulfillment center at 800-637-0323 and directly place your order by phone.

    Q. What is your return policy?

    A. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided books are in unmarked and salable condition. Include a copy of the original packing slip when making a return. All returns should be shipped by a trackable method, such as UPS or registered mail. Discounted books and promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Postage and handling charges are also non-refundable. More information about the return policies

    Q. Can I still phone in my order?

    A. Yes. In addition to the “credit card online” payment option, you may select “credit card offline” or you may pay by check (made payable to the American Nurses Association). If your order is $500 or more, you may also pay by authorized purchase order. Orders may be mailed, faxed, or phoned in. You may still wish to complete and print out the online order form so you’ll have all the details of your order for your records.
